A study on the adjustment pattern of special school educator with special reference to Ernakulum district.Adjustment is the essential process and need of every human being. Teaching is a uniquely difficult job, on that comes with a set of huge responsibilities; however many people fail to recognize the teachers role. The various disability of the students with whom special education teachers work multiples the job difficulty. Special education teachers are largely unrecognized and unsupported by the public. Education is important for every person as well as every nation cannot be over emphasized. It importance is increased to a greater extent in case of person with physical disabilities as education can help them to adjust in the society. The present investigation was undertaken to study the adjust mental problem face by special school educators. The study was undertaken with a group of structured general objectives. Simple random sampling is the sampling method. Which used for the collection of data. Their guidance not only help in academics but also in various life scenarios.
